Capacity & Guests
Maximum 8 people total, including children. The booking name must be present on-site. No parties or events; family and friends visiting during the day is fine.
Quiet Hours
10 PM to 8 AM. Jonathan's House is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Smoking & Pets
No smoking indoors or outdoors anywhere on the property. Pets are not currently allowed.
Pool Safety
The pool is heated and unfenced from the patio. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass near the pool.
Checkout
11 AM. Load the dishwasher, take trash to the bins, leave the keys where you found them.
