Jonathan's House is a short-term rental (STR) offered directly by its owner. The calendar you book on is his own, not a platform's, which is why there is no Airbnb or VRBO traveler service fee on a direct booking. It also means the person who confirms your dates is the person who owns the house.

The primary guest must be at least 26. No pets — service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. No parties or events; the house is a short-term rental in a residential neighbourhood and is for registered guests only. No smoking indoors. Free private parking on site for up to two vehicles.

No. Those platforms add a traveler service fee of typically 6 to 17% of the booking. Booking directly removes it. Returning guests receive an additional 10% off.
